Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You'll see the options: Pro, or a one-time Exam Pass. Your existing content remains accessible, but you won't be able to generate new exams until your limit resets or you upgrade.
When does my usage reset?
For Pro subscribers, usage resets on your billing date. For free users, it resets on the 1st of each month.
What is the Exam Pass?
A one-time payment of €4.99 (until 15 December; normally €9.99) for 30 days of Pro. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. When the 30 days end, your account goes back to the free plan and everything you made stays in your library.
Is there a free trial?
On the yearly Pro plan, yes: 7 days free, card required at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged; otherwise the yearly price (€49.99) is charged when the 7 days are up, and we email you 3 days before. One trial per account. Monthly Pro and the Exam Pass are paid up front, with no trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time, including during the free trial. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your billing period (or of the trial).
Is tax included?
Yes. The price on this page is what you pay at checkout: any VAT or sales tax is already in it.
